Humans
Average but very open, Humans are just that...Human. As a people, they are the least involved in all of the world's conflict, making them the least likely to face any persecution in other lands as well as leading them to open their own lands to those of other races to live on and for larger trades. Since their lands are open to others as a sort of refuge, they have a very diversified culture.

Physical Attributes
The Humans of Irithia are just like those you would find in the real world, aside from the fact that many are capable of fantasy magic the only other difference is that they are just a bit more durable than in real life. Humans are average in just about every way and are known as the truly neutral in terms of potential for natural magical or physical abilities- whichever they pour their time and efforts into is the one they will excel more at. Humans are also the only race who are naturally more resistant to malfestation and taint.
Government and Military
The Human government is an interlocked system of bureaucracies with each aspect of ruling being split into its own office of elected officials who are responsible for things within that area. Each of these bodies of the government are overseen by one of the Emperors who, unlike the other officials, are descended from the founders of the Human Empire.
Each office and their respective Emperors are expected to check and balance one another and, though on the surface this may seem like a very simple system, things can become very complicated when a ruling may be within the reach of more than one office's responsibilities.
The Human military acts more like a police force within their lands as, for the most part, they are neutral and un-involved in major conflicts with other races. However, they may become involved in minor conflicts, in which case they must balance these two tasks to some extent, and often they will leave much of the control within their lands to certain Guilds. The Human military is organized much like the real life U.S. military in regards to its hierarchy.

Society and Culture
Since it is neutral in the major conflicts of Irithia, the Human Land has become known as somewhat of a safe haven for those of other races who wish to leave the conflict, have lost much in their homelands, or create a different kind of life for whatever reason. It is because of all of these members of different races coming through or settling in there that it is such a mashup of cultures and ideologies.
Though much paperwork and checks are required to gain an official citizenship, many find it worthy as it opens up room to move up to better places in the Human society. However, since it is such and open and neutral place it is still completely possible to remain there for extended periods without becoming an official citizen.
The Human lands are also known for their different systems of Guilds which organize adventurers, bounty hunters, and other groups of people and helps them build reputation and tasks. The Adventurers' Beginnings Guild, also known as the "Main Guild", acts as a basic starter guild in which others are filed into or anyone at all can register as a member for basic guild benefits.
