The Kuvari
The Kuvari are a band of warriors that are directly overlooked by the Nephelim leader by the title of Ilyei, the Kuvari are a strong bundle capable of fast and indirect combat, the command structure is loose and typically a group is lead by one or two chiefs or Cirifi. This loose network of groups unfortunately makes it hard to defend much but in terms of offense the Kuvari rank among the best, the loose command network allows Cirifi to make split second decisions that can lead a strong tight knit military like the Efleim descend into chaos. The Kuvari have a two strike system though sometimes it is often ignored, one group of Kuvari will harass a Knight formation for days, this slowly wears down the opponents and then on the final day of the assaults the Kuvari will have a group who ‘specializes’ in night attacks assault the formation at its weakest moment.
The aggressive style of the Kuvari leads to many great tales of slayers and conquest but leaves a large aspect of war out, defense. The Kuvari typically do not fortify objectives as they believe waiting and defending opens them up to a whole world of potential threats that normally would not be open to a group on the move, this mentality did not aid them in the war between them and the Efleim. However with all this said the Kuvari do have basic groups who do specialize in fortifications and defense should they, this was born out of desperation in the, what could have been, final moments of the Nephelim.
Warriors of the Kuvari keep the amount of armor they wear to a minimum as to ensure that they are mobile and quick to strike. Some warriors wear masks that are often decorated with family heirlooms or materials gathered from the area near home, in addition to masks there are a lot of styles of tattoos the Kuvari decorate themselves with. These all depend mostly on where the Nephelim hail from, as the many cultures of the Nephelim have seemed to have meld together, most still hold onto their own slices of identity.
